Georgina Burr
Georgina Burr holds a First-Class Honours degree in Criminology with Psychology. Inspired by the work of Grow, Transform, Belong and Dr Sarah Lewis’ book ‘Therapeutic Correctional Relatioships’, her dissertation explored the impact of meaningful relational practice within correctional settings, examining how these connections shape outcomes for both staff and those they support.
With three years’ experience working alongside young people, Georgina has seen first-hand the transformative power of trust, consistency and authentic connection in fostering positive development.
She is deeply committed to helping individuals recognise their capacity for growth and change, believing that with the right tools and support, people can become the best version of themselves, both personally and professionally.
She is passionate about strengthening human connection within the justice system and contributing to more compassionate, sustainable approaches to change.
