How You Can Get Involved
If you share our passion please apply to become a member of the Growth Alliance. We will get in touch with you and organise a time to learn about your experiences, ambitions and skills and you will be added to our Growth Alliance membership scheme. You will receive our quarterly Growth Zine, which celebrates the Growth Alliance and you can share this widely and frequently. If you know of others that may wish to join the Growth Alliance, please pass on our website details.
We want to create a hive of activity within the social justice space, where people and organisations can find support, motivation and services that may assist them, either as an individual or organisation. We are currently working on a Growth marketplace, where members can post their services and biographies. We aim to connect those that need support to those that are offering support.
The Growth Alliance is a space where people can belong to a new social movement that promotes global social justice and growth, through collaboration. This will lead to healthier places of work, healthier people, and a more connected society. This Alliance is holistic in nature and offers a range of services that can support physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, social, and/or financial wellbeing.
If you are an organisation who has a specific concern around culture, interpersonal training needs or want to develop a more inclusive and safe work environment, please get in touch.
If you are an organisation that offers development services either inside or outside of the Criminal Justice sector and would like to join the Growth Alliance, please submit a request to connect.
If you are unsure what the cultural needs of your organisation are but are experience issues such as poor staff retention, disciplinary or misconduct, staff burnout or high staff sickness, please request to connect, as we offer a comprehensive and specialist need assessment services.
If you are a person who needs support with your development and wellbeing and have experienced the Criminal Justice System directly, we may be able to signpost you to the organisation or person that can help you.
If you need motivation and inspiration, request to connect and discuss with us the numerous motivational speakers and workshops we can offer.
We are keen to include a range of sectors to help us in our vision. There sectors may work in the Criminal Justice Sector though we are as interested to connect with individuals and organisations within Hospitality and Retail, Community Work/Prevention, the corporate sector, the 3rd Sector and Charities, the Arts, International organisations and Academia/Higher Education.
We are also seeking investors for Grow Transform Belong CIC and all investments will be used to promote social good within our communities. To discuss this, please request to connect and we will be in touch!
The Growth App Coming Soon
The Growth App is being co-designed with people who leave prison, to support reintegration. It offers meaningful signposting and support in the community, with a wrap around service that will help to reduce reoffending by giving every person additional tools and guidance to grow and resettle. You can help us by donating, helping us with the co-design of the App or referring us to organisations that can help.
This app will help to uplift people who are at a social disadvantage and by supporting us to make this a reality, you will be playing a huge part to ensure that together, we create a safer, more just and equitable society.
